We had our wood burning stove fitted just before Christmas and we love it. They arrived on time both days and kept us up to date with what was going on and cleaned up after themselves, told us everything we needed to know about how to start it and cleaning. Fitted a CO2 alarm as well. Nothing but good things to say about this company.

I would most definitely recommend these guys. Absolutely fantastic service above and beyond what’s expected. This is the second installation I’ve had done by YSF – the first was done by Steve and his team and this one was done by Tony and Lee. I have to say I’m not the easiest chap to do a job for as I’m extremely meticulous about how I want things done, however nothing was to much for YSF and they didn’t leave until I was completely satisfied. I can honestly say these guys were on the ball on both occasions right from quoting to finishing the job.

Excellent service from start to finish!

The initial visit was arranged very quickly, quote was well presented and at a good price, and the work was done when requested.

The fitters had a harder job than anticipated, fitting a small stove into the fireplace of an existing old range. The work required removing a lot more brick work than planned as well as a hidden back boiler. The guys did a great job and the quality and appearance of the finish result was excellent.

We are very pleased with the fitting and have already recommended the company to a friend.

Liam came out to see me this morning for a survey and he was fantastic. We talked about what I would like, he answered all my questions and he even offered a few other options tailored to my wishes and existing chimney breast.

There was no pressure and I didn’t feel like I needed to commit to anything there and then, I was in control. A true gentleman and I would highly recommend Liam and his company.

We have just had our burner installed and can honestly say from start to finish we’ve had an excellent service. All members of the team we dealt with were all very friendly, professional and helpful. Fantastic company, really friendly and professional service from beginning to end. Liam the owner came to give us a quote, really really competitive, no hard sell or frills attached just great value. I had intended to use a more local company as we live in north Leeds, but coming to us was no problem and YSF not only gave a better price without even knowing what the competition was but they were much nicer to do business with too. The fitters came as planned and did a brilliant job of our fireplace, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Really friendly, efficient and totally professional.
