Stove & Installation Package £2895

Description

For the complete Installation package, as featured in our showroom – fully installed for £2895 Inc VAT 

  

• All building work needed to create a clean lined inglenook opening, including all building materials and labour  

  

• Either clean up your existing brick work or alternatively if it is no good we could board out the chamber with a high temperature fire board  

  

• Supply and install a suitable new concrete lintel (If needed)  

  

• Supply and install a set of 25mm New Stone Hearths in three colour options, grey, buff and brown or black limestone flags

  

• Supply and install a made to measure oak beam in the colour and finish of your choice up to 48″ wide

  

• Supply and install a made to measure steel closure plate with inspection hatches  

  

• Supply and install a suitable length of vitreous stove pipe.  

  

• Supply and install a suitable CO ALARM   

  

• Install and commission your new stove and  sign off the job through HETAS all in accordance with current Local Building Regulations.  

  

• Supply and Installation of a 316 flue liner, suitable for burning wood only and all the components, adaptor, fixings etc. needed to connect it to the stove and seal it into a new chimney pot (if needed) at the top. Including a bird guard rain cowl. (Can be upgraded to a 904 Liner, suitable for Multifuel for an additional £200 Inc VAT)
