The Penman Bassington is one of the UK’s few cast iron stoves that is fully Ecodesign 2022 compliant for both wood and multi-fuel models. Designed and built in the UK, the Bassington blends elegant proportions with cutting-edge performance, making it a fantastic centrepiece for both period and modern interiors.

It delivers a strong 5kW nominal heat output, meaning it’s perfect for medium-sized rooms and doesn’t normally require additional ventilation. The Bassington is DEFRA Approved for use in smoke control areas and is available in a range of styles and finishes, including three leg options, a log store base, and an optional decorative door.
